日本名古屋大学的微纳米机电一体化中心由被誉为“微纳操作机器人开创者”的福田敏男教授在2008年建立。作为世界领先的研究中心,中心旨在从系统方法的角度将纳米技术应用在实际的系统中,尤其是微纳米机器人系统。中心针对基础领域开展研究,并且将基础领域融合进应用领域。基础领域包括纳米控制工程、纳米检测工程、纳米设计制造和纳米材料,每个基础领域都汇集了该领域的顶尖科学家和研究团队,利用微纳米操控机器人实现了生物分子、细胞和组织的检测及操控、微纳米器件的制造、新型薄膜材料的表征和应用等。 Center for Micro-Nano Mechatronics of Nagoya University was established by Toshio Fukuda known as "the pioneer of micro/nano manipulation robot " in 2008 with the aim of applying nanotechnology to practical systems, especially micro/nano robot system, in micro-nano scale from a system approach viewpoint. Now as leading center in the world for system approach, they promote researches in four basic fields, Nano control engineering, Nano measurement engineering, Nano design and manufacturing, and Nano materials science and conduct an applied research encompassing all these basic research fields to attend to the needs of the practical system filed. The center bringing together the top scientists and research teams in this field, using micro/nano manipulation robots to achieve the detection and manipulation of biomolecules, cells and tissues, the manufacture of micro-nano devices, the characterization and application of noval thin film materials. |
